Information we collect

  • When you contact us by text, phone, email or social media, we use the details you give us to reply and to help with your enquiry.
  • When you book online, your booking is made through Fresha, which processes your booking details. Fresha’s own privacy policy explains how it handles your information.
  • When you visit our clinic, we collect information needed to treat you safely, such as consultation and consent forms. This is held securely and only used for your care.

Website analytics and cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics provided by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to understand how many people visit our pages. This does not identify you personally.

Some pages may include embedded videos from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set cookies until you choose to play a video. Links to other websites, such as Fresha, Google and Instagram, are covered by those sites’ own privacy policies.

Why we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide treatments safely, manage appointments and meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases are your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legal obligations and our legitimate interests in running the clinic.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any legal or insurance requirements for treatment records.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run the clinic, such as our booking system, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
