Chemical Peels in Derby
Targeted peels that renew the skin’s surface, helping to improve the appearance of pigmentation, breakouts, dullness and uneven texture.
Our chemical peels
Each peel is chosen for your skin type and concern after a skin assessment, so strength and ingredients are right for you.
How chemical peels work
A chemical peel uses carefully selected acids to loosen the bonds between dead skin cells on the surface. This speeds up natural cell renewal, so fresher, more even skin comes through.
Different acids suit different concerns. Salicylic acid works inside oily pores, lactic and mandelic acids are gentle brighteners, and blended peels can treat several concerns at once.
What peels can help with
- Pigmentation, sun damage and melasma
- Acne, breakouts and congestion
- Dull, tired-looking skin
- Uneven texture and enlarged pores
- Redness and sensitivity, with our gentle shikimic acid peel
Aftercare
Wear a broad-spectrum SPF every day, avoid heat and active ingredients for a few days, and do not pick any flaking skin. We give you full aftercare advice after your peel.
Autumn and winter are ideal for peels, with lower UV levels while your skin renews.

How much is a chemical peel in Derby?
Chemical peels at our Derby clinic start at £60 for the Resurfacer Facial. Most of our targeted peels are £80, and the bespoke Advanced Peel, Mixology is £110.
Will my skin peel afterwards?
It depends on the peel. Our Lunchtime Peel is designed for no downtime, while stronger peels may cause light flaking for a few days as fresh skin comes through.
Which peel is best for pigmentation?
The SkinBrite Chemical Peel is designed for pigmentation and uneven tone. For stubborn pigmentation we may combine peels with microneedling. A consultation helps us choose the right approach.
Can chemical peels help acne?
Yes. The BHA Acne Correction Peel uses salicylic acid, which works inside the pore, to help with congestion and breakouts.
How often should I have a peel?
Most clients benefit from a course of peels spaced two to four weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments. We tailor this to your skin.
